John William Lomax has apparently been arrested for Jasper Howard’s murder. Lomax’s defense attorney, Deron Freeman, told the AP up in Connecticut that his client has been charged with murder and I just heard on ABC news that a second man has also been arrested and charged with murder.
The police are holding an afternoon press conference to share what they termed “significant details” in the case. Howard was murdered 10 days ago, his funeral was yesterday and UConn plays its first home game since the tragedy this Saturday, against Rutgers. It sure would be nice to have all the suspects charged and in custody by then.
This is great news! Its really a shame what happened to this young man. Saturdays game should be quite a sight.
I’m glad they finally made some arrests and I hope they got the right guy.
